2025 Trends Webinar: Shaping Tomorrow's Experience Landscape

This year we wanted to do something that really focused on value creation. Value creation is a topic that we're covering in the collaboratives this year as well. How can experiences create value for customers? And we think that this is going to be very, very important. Historically, as new technologies have been brought to the forefront, a very few number of companies have really been able to make a lot of value, while a lot of other companies have really struggled to ensure that they create value. So we look at this trends report as all about what can your organization do to profit from and create value in a world that's going to be heavily influenced by intelligence, by artificial intelligence, by the way that it enhances the way that people do strategy, the way that people do a lot of different things. With that in mind, we identified four focus areas that we're going to go deeper around.

Technology

In the near future, people will increasingly find more value in technology that embeds advanced technologies, including AR, VR, and AI, into their lives, giving them superpowers to overcome limitations and enhance capabilities.

Tools

In the near future, people will increasingly find more value in tools that support their life systems by getting the whole job done. It's not that tools are separate from technology. It's just that when we're talking about tools, we're talking about how they relate to people's life systems. and their ability to get the whole job done. So if you're creating tools for your customers, we think that you need to be able to think about the systems that they create for their life and how you're going to help them get the entire job done for them.

Transformation

In the near future, people will increasingly find more value in transformations that are supported by AI-enhanced coaching and products with embedded goals, facilitating personal growth and habit formation. There's a lot that's going on in terms of people wanting to accomplish more in their personal lives and, of course, create value from that.

Engagement

In the near future, people will increasingly find more value in engagements that are immersive, deeply meaningful, and supported by mode-responsive AI enhancements tailored to specific situations and experiences. We believe that as more technology, more tools, more focus on transformation occurs, that people will use those tools to support themselves in very specific situations. Oftentimes, they will be in certain modes. And you can do a lot to create engagement with your customers by understanding the modes that your customers are getting into and being able to create value for specific situations.
