With savvier customers, and increased demand for transparency on all fronts, companies that focus on their purpose story will struggle, but those that focus their experience on their customers' purpose will thrive and foster sustainable engagement.

💡66% of people believe it’s important for brands to align with their personal purpose. Only 46% believe brands are doing it well.
💡67% of respondents we surveyed said that business is not doing enough to address societal issues.
💡When we asked customers how they wanted companies to demonstrate a connection to their personal purpose, social media, products and services, and website were all felt to be effective methods.
💡Helping others and contributing to a larger purpose is as crucial as productivity in making brand or company experiences meaningful.
